Pohjantähti on 130 vuotta toiminut keskinäinen vakuutusyhtiö, joka tarjoaa laajasti henkilö- ja yritysasiakkaiden vakuutuksia. Verkkosivusto on selkeästi rakennettu kotimaisen vakuutuspalvelun ja neljän kanavan (puhelin, sähköposti, verkkopalvelu, henkilökohtainen neuvoja) kanssa, mutta tärkeät tiedot kuten omavastuut ja korvaamisprosessin yksityiskohdat on piilotettu PDF-asiakirjojen ja kirjautumisen taakse.
