What data we collect: The feedback forms (company reviews and site feedback) store the rating you give, an optional nickname and free-form text, plus an identifier derived from your IP address that is used solely to enforce the one-review-per-company limit. We do not store the IP address as such and we do not link feedback to a person.

Analysis requests and enquiries take place by email; we process your message in order to reply to it and we do not use your address for anything else.

Research panel: if you join the panel, we store your email address and, if you wish, your first name. We use them only to send panel surveys and to run prize draws; we do not disclose addresses to third parties and we do not use them for any other marketing. You can leave the panel at any time by replying to any of our messages or by email, and your data will be deleted.
