Turun Isännöintikeskus on turkulainen isännöintiyritys, joka esittelee auktorisoidut isännöitsijänsä ja pitää Y-tunnuksensa esillä. Tavoitettavuus on hyvä ja asukassivut tarjoavat sähköistä asiointia. Hinnoittelun läpinäkyvyys jää heikoksi: isännöinnin hinta muodostuu tarjouksesta eikä erillisveloituksia eritellä.
