Retta Isännöinti on Suomen suurin isännöintiyhtiö ja osa Odevo-konsernia, ja sillä on valtakunnallinen toimipisteverkko sekä OmaRetta-sähköinen asiointi ja hyvä tavoitettavuus. Hinnoittelun läpinäkyvyys on kuitenkin heikko: palkkiota, erillisveloituksia ja sopimusehtoja ei kerrota verkossa, vaan hinta muodostuu tarjouksen kautta.
