Tavoitettavuus on kuitenkin heikko: toimistot-sivu ei näytä toimipaikkoja lainkaan (virheilmoitus), eikä sivustolla ole puhelinnumeroa tai sähköpostia, vaan yhteydenotto tapahtuu pelkällä lomakkeella.
