Aukioloajat esitetaan kuukausikohtaisesti ja sivustolla on usein kysytyt kysymykset -osio. Laitteiden pituus- ja ikarajoja ei koota laitekohtaisesti, ja Y-tunnus puuttuu yhteystiedoilta, vaikka operaattori Puuharyhma Oyj kay ilmi sahkopostidomainista.
